Wordline Daily does not ask you to make an account. There is no mailing list on this site, and the puzzles are not submitted to a server.

If your browser allows it, the page keeps a small note in local storage under the key wordlineBoard. Each entry is tied to a calendar date. For that date it can remember three things: whether you solved the puzzle, whether you opened the hint, and whether you revealed the answer. That is so a reload does not wipe the progress you already made, including a past day you opened from the week strip.

The note does not include your name, your email, or anything you did not do on the puzzle itself. The 60-second sprint is not stored. The clock is not stored. Typing a wrong guess is not stored unless you later solve, hint, or reveal.

Nothing in that note is sent to Wordline Daily. Clearing site data for this domain in your browser deletes it. If storage is blocked, the puzzle still runs for the visit and simply forgets when you leave.

Mail you send to [email protected] is ordinary email. It is not collected by a form on this website, because there is no form.
